Name and quarry location: Marmo cenerino di Monte Bolca, from Monte Bolca, Val d'Illasi, Verona, Veneto, Italy  
Geological description: A well-sorted bioclastic limestone with micrite matrix.  
Comments: The painted number on the back of the specimen confirms a Verona/Vicenza provenance for this limestone (see Verona.pdf for more information). Monte Bolca is probably correct, although the specimen is very different from no.150 which bears the same name.
