Name and quarry location: Alabastro a giaccione, locality unknown  
Geological description: Compact finely banded travertine composed of coarsely crystalline brown calcite coating a fossiliferous limestone. Note the abundant fractures.  
Comments: This is not the ice-clear alabastro a giaccione of Circeo (see Corsi no.304).
