Name and quarry location: Arenaria di Viggiù, from Viggiù, Varese, Lombardy, Italy  
Geological description: Bioturbated fine biocalcarenite. The grains are predominantly echinoderm, probably crinoidal. It has solution seams/incipient stylolites.  
Comments: This locality has not been confirmed. Jervis (1889) describes arenaria di Viggiù, pietra di Viggiù gentile and pietra di Viggiù commune.
