OUMNH Number: 568  
Name and quarry location: Serpentina 'verde ranocchia', locality unknown  
Geological description: Strongly-sheared and serpentinised ultramafic rock with abundant veinlets (some en echelon) and grains of oxide mineral within the serpentine, and minor veins of calcite.  
Comments: This stone is not from Egypt, and is not the stone now known as verde ranocchia
