Name and quarry location: Granito rosso antico minuto, from between Aswan and Shellal District, Nile Valley, Egypt  
Geological description: Fine-grained hornblende biotite granite.  
Comments: This stone is Harrell's variety 'c' of the Aswan granites and granodiorites described on his website, also known as granito rosso minuto. It is found in a number of localities between Aswan and the Shellal district.
