Name and quarry location: Pietra di Malanaggio, from Malanaggio, Val Chisone, Piedmont, Italy  
Geological description: A foliated, recrystallised medium-grained meta-granodiorite.  
Comments: Nos. 881 and 886 are most probably diorite di Malanaggio, originally from Malanaggio, Val Chisone, Piedmont, Italy, and now obtained from the nearby commune of San Germano Chisone. Note that cavities in biotite are coloured by orange-brown polishing compound.
