Name and quarry location: Breccia di Seravezza, from Seravezza; or perhaps breccia Medicea, from nearby Stazzema, Lucca, Tuscany, Italy  
Geological description: Fine-grained calcite marble breccia.  
Comments: This stone is also called 'breccia di Serraveza' by Corsi for his sample in the table of modern marbles at the Natural History Museum, London. It is most probably from nearby Stazzema, and is one of the stones known as breccia Medicea.
