| Comments: | The painted number on the back of the specimen indicates a Verona/Vicenza provenance for this limestone (see Verona.pdf for more information). No place called ‘Olorgie’ has been located. This very dark coloured Rosso ammonitico limestone is nowadays associated with Asiago, in Vincenza, further east from Verona. |
