| Geological description: | Limestone from the Upper Cretaceous Scaglia Rossa Formation. A bioturbated fossiliferous biomicrite with abundant planktonic forams and calcispheres, and with a few stylolites. |
| Comments: | The painted number on the back of the specimen indicates a Verona/Vicenza provenance for this pink limestone (see Verona.pdf for more information). Corsi almost certainly means Mazzurega, in the province of Verona. |
