Name and quarry location: Verde antico, from Larissa, Thessaly, Greece  
Geological description: Breccia with clasts mainly of serpentinite/ophicalcite, a few of marble; extensive scattered crystals of oxide minerals, in a serpentine and calcite matrix. Heavily fractured, many fractures are filled with cross-fibres of chrysotile serpentine.  
Comments: Verde antico from Lárisa (Larissa), Thessaly, Greece. See no. 565.
