Name and quarry location: Pietra dell'Etna, from Mt. Etna, Catania, Sicily, Italy  
Geological description: Trachyandesite/trachyte. A pale grey porphyritic vocanic or dyke rock with subhedral laths of feldspar showing some alignment, set in a groundmass of feldspar and minor ferromagnesian minerals.
