Name and quarry location: Pietra dell'Etna, from Mt. Etna, Catania, Sicily, Italy  
Geological description: Ignimbrite. A streaky-textured volcaniclastic rock containing carbonate minerals. It has crystals and crystal clusters of feldspar, pyroxene, opaque mineral, and possibly altered olivine. Half of the specimen has a faint shard structure and possibly some flattened pumice clasts.
