| Comments: |
Piano dei Magli is a locality referred to by Borch, according to Montana (1998). Tata (1772) also cites this locality for jasper, and says it is near Parco, a locality close to Monreale. It is now called Piano Maglio and is part of the commune of Altofonte (formerly called Parco, or Parcu in Sicilian).
