This may be from Santo Stefano Quisquina, near Bivona. Jervis (1881; 226) describes milky white agate from this locality although that probably refers to translucent chalcedony rather than a silicified limestone breccia like this. Tata includes a dirty white jasper speckled with black, with dark patches, again probably not this stone.
