Name and quarry location: Granito bigio, granito a morviglione, from the area between Frejus and Dramont, Esterel Mountains, Var, France  
Geological description: Porphyritic dacite, with phenocrysts of white compositionally zoned plagioclase feldspar and dark green to black hornblende.  
Comments: 'Morviglione' is an old Italian name for pox or measles.
