Name and quarry location: Bardiglio, from Carrara, Massa e Carrara, Tuscany, Italy  
Geological description: Sheared reticulated mass of fine-grained buff-coloured, and medium-grained, white calcite marble, grey graphite-rich in places.  
Comments: This is most probably bardiglio from Carrara, although it might have come from other locations in the Apuan Alps of Italy.
