Name and quarry location: Marmo bianco di Fuligno, from Foligno, Perugia, Umbria, Italy  
Geological description: Burrowed micritic limestone, heavily fractured and stylolitised.  
Comments: The locality is almost certainly correct. Jervis (1889) refers to a compact whitish limestone from Foligno, Province of Umbria, and to an inferior lithographic limestone from Spello, near Foligno.
