Name and quarry location: Marmo giallo di Torri del Benaco, giallo di Verona, Verona yellow, from Torri del Benaco, Verona, Veneto, Italy  
Geological description: Fine-grained fossiliferous bioclast-rich limestone, burrowed, and showing prominent stylolites.  
Comments: The painted number on the back of the specimen indicates a Verona/Vicenza provenance for this limestone (see Verona.pdf for more information). Corsi's locality is now called Torri del Benaco, and is correct.
