Name and quarry location: Breccia di Pistoja, from Pistoia, Tuscany, Italy  
Geological description: Fractured, solution-modified, polymict limestone conglomerate. The micritic matrix contains large benthic forams. The sample has calcite-filled fractures and some dendritic pyrolusite in both clasts and matrix .  
Comments: This locality has not been confirmed.
