OUMNH Number: 728  
Name and quarry location: Agata, locality unknown  
Geological description: Chalcedony (cryptocrystalline quartz) with aligned pink jaspery inclusions showing a few relic fossils suggesting silicified limestone; and with scattered black dendrites and other small dark sulphide/oxide mineral inclusions. The stone has been sheared and fractured, the thin fractures filled with calcite.  
Comments: There is no agate banding in this stone.
