Name and quarry location: Sicilian jasper, diaspro di Giuliana, from Giuliana, Palermo, Sicily, Italy  
Geological description: A banded brown, yellow and green jasper breccia, matrix and fracture fills are part chalcedony part colourless quartz, fractures also with bands of pyrite. Microfossils are evident in some bright yellow areas.  
Comments: This is a banded jasper similar to 764 but less vibrantly coloured, from Giuliana, Province of Palermo, Sicily. Other samples are in the Naturhistorisches Museum Wien, and shown in Montana (1998).
