| Geological description: | Brecciated limestone containing scattered yellow euhedral rhombs of calcite, and dendritic manganese oxides. |
| Comments: | The painted number on the back of the specimen indicates a Verona/Vicenza provenance for this limestone (see Verona.pdf for more information). This might be Centro, a small commune northeast of Tregnano. However all the other specimens containing small yellow crystals of calcite like this, come from Mizzole. See for example the previous specimen, no. 520. |
