Name and quarry location: Breccia persichina, perhaps breccia Medicea, from Stazzema or Seravezza, Lucca, Tuscany, Italy  
Geological description: Sheared, metamorphosed solution-modified limestone with stylolites, not entirely recrystallised to marble, fossils are still widely evident.  
Comments: It is thought this stone is an example of breccia Medicea, from Stazzema or Seravezza in Italy.
