Name and quarry location: probably breccia di Carrara, from Carrara, Massa e Carrara, Tuscany, Italy; or breccia di Seravezza, from Seravezza, Lucca, Tuscany, Italy  
Geological description: Marble breccia: a limestone breccio-conglomerate that has subsequently been metamorphosed.  
Comments: 'Probably Carrara' according to Mary Porter, c.1905, but an earlier note included in the same typescript says 'According to Mr Brindley really Seravezza'.
