Name and quarry location: Petrified wood, locality unknown  
Geological description: Silicified wood, partly stained and banded with brown goethite and red hematite.  
Comments: No particular provenance can be suggested, as petrified wood comes from many different places. However this specimen does resemble samples from Hungary in the Oxford University Museum of Natural History.
